Acoustic louvre is used for reducing the sound transmission that caused from aspirator ora ir handling unit, between the ends of suctionand exhaust lines of air ducts and also it can be used directly for reducing the sound transmission between internal and external environments.

MATERIAL
Casing and blades are manufactured from galvanized sheet, as standard. Product can be manufactured from aluminium or stainless steel, on demand. Blades are manufactured wit 45° angle and installed to casing with determined intervals. Blades are are double-walled and internal wall is manufactured from Ø5 mm porous perforated sheet which is resistant to abrasion, external wall is manufactured from galvanized sheet and glaswool with 50 kg/m³ density and 50 mm thickness is used as acoustic material between walls. Meantime, acoustic louvre protects ventilation system from hazards such as rain, bird etc.
 
COATING
  • Electrostatic powder coating (Standard colors are RAL 9010 and RAL 9016)
  • Aluminium anodized
  • Depending on demand, all the colors in other RAL codes are provided too.

  • Installation with screw

  • Gw6 : 6x6 mm galvanized wire mesh
